Here is the save game location for Fallout 4 Game of the Year edition.

C:\Users\[username]\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\Fallout4

C:\ is the drive location where windows is installed.
[username] is the username on computer you are using. if you have multiple users and you can't find it, check the other users.

This folder contains the saves inside a folder called 'Saves' and preferences and setting in *.ini files.

(Sorry. This is specifically for Windows 11. The Save location for other windows versions will be different.)

That's a negative for me good buddy. No "My Games" folder in that location.

I did find it in [InstallDirectoryLetter]:\Documents\My Games\Fallout4
