I would like to know if wemod works in fallout 4 gog using the wemod version of steam, because both games are practically the same...

IDK if the steam WEmod is working for the GoG version.

Just use this MOD.
Lets you use your Pip Boy (or a device you can build in any settlement) to load a holotape to manipulate stuff.
I recommend to use Mod Organizer 2 (or Vortex) to install the MOD.
