Is there an in-game option to adjust field of view? TIA

Permanent solution:
You can use the "Fallout 4 Configuration Tool - By Bilago".
It's the easiest way.

Temporary solution:
You can also use console commands:
fov <Input Value for 3rd Person> <Input Value for 1st Person>
fov 90 90 (Info: It resets itself everytime you quit the game)

You can open your console command menu by using the "~" key
(The console-key is different on non us-keyboards)
Possible problem: There can be problems with some mods, that add scopes and your Pipboy when your fov is too high.
I think everything under 95 should be safe.
