Or is it the same as the Steam version, minus the creation club stuff?

Had really long loading times with the Steam version. Figured some things should be universally patched, like game crashes and long loading times. Nobody's ever been: "I wish my games crashed more and made me wait longer for it to load."

Looks like it's the exact same as the Steam version minus the creation club stuff. So all bugs and stuff included. Kind of lame, but oh well.

me and my buddy play at 60 fps cap but this mod drastically improves load times.
i went from minutes of loading to averaging about 6 to 8 seconds with this installed.
