Hi! I just downloaded Fallout 3 GOTY. When I first started it the game ran too fast i.e characters and the player moving way too fast. I read that the game's FPS was tied to how fast the game runs, if you have high FPS the game breaks. I then found a fix that if you go into the fallout.ini file and change iFPSclamp to your monitor's refresh rate that fixes the problem. It did... Kinda. When i exit the game and restart it the game becomes unplayable again. How do I fix this? If it is even fixable.
Max 60 F/s.

Themken: Max 60 F/s.
If I set it to 60 fps that makes it even worse. :s

Oh, that is odd! This game is really quirky. Hmm, what processor do you have?

i7-8700 CPU 3.70GHz
Yeah... It's a shame the game can be a pain in the a** to get running. :|

The only problem with that processor in this game is that it has more than two cores but I am pretty sure GOG already included the core fix. After all, most processors sold have more than two cores. No more ideas for now :-(
