Install the dependencies and enable old stuff if you are on Windows 10. Absolutely no GfW-L of any kind for games on GOG. Of course, you should also have a graphics card for the game to work.

If that is true then your adding mods is what has broken the game, so you have to start over (re-install) and follow a different (good) guide on modding it.
