This is the only issue I've run into for FO3. Anytime I use a radio it wont sound right, the best way to say is that it's stuttering. I've tried my hardest to fix this issue but nothing has worked so far so I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this or if I'm going to have to play the game without the radio.

I still have this issue on my steam copy, but everything I've googled about it has suggested these steps.

Changing these values in your FALLOUT.ini folder:

iAudioCacheSize=2048 to 4096
iRadioUpdateInterval=250 to 1024

And some have gone into detail about installing audio codecs, but I personally haven't googled anything about it. Not enough time on my hands.
