I just downloaded both games and I am getting identical problems with each game. The game starts fine and takes me to the menu normally. The opening cutscene runs and sounds fine. As soon as the game starts however the game runs at about 1 fps and I have no sound. Using Windows 10 laptop with i7-7700 and gtx 1060 So its not the hardware. Trying to run game at Ultra 2560x1440. Havent found any threads with an issue quite like this. Hope someone can help

Looks like your system is switching to the onboard GPU after the game is loaded. Try forcing your system to use the Nvidia card when playing the game.
