After leaving Raven Rock Fawkes greets me and says he is happy to see me again. He eventually states that he would like to repay his dept to me for freeing him. Despite having Very Good karma, I tell Fawkes I was in a similar situation and that he has to deal with it. Fawkes states that he did not know me like he thought and says he will be at the Museum of Natural History. Why don't I have the option to recruit Fawkes? I did have RL-3 with me, so I reloaded a save and dismissed RL-3 before Fawkes greets me, but I got the same result. I also tried lowering my karma to just Good, but met with the same result.
