I have tried to get Fallout 3 GOTY to work but it won't go past the new game screen or allow me to see the intro. I have tried adding the fallout3.exe command as well, and it still doesn't launch. Any tips or suggestions are welcomed.

What are you using Hardware and software wise? I know I use AMD and what I found to get it to work when it did the same for me was to uninstall the Adrenalin Software and Fallout 3 worked fine then ..
