I've been trying for days, searching through forum after forum for fixes on the issue, but no matter what i try it still just crashes as soon as i hit play or launch directly from the fallout 3 application file. On top of that it seems nobody is having the exact same problem that i'm having. Any suggestions would be nice.

What are your system specs and do/did you have a previous FO3 installation from Steam on your current PC?
