I recently installed Fallout 3 GOTY. It was a perfectly clean install and I had no previous installation of Fallout 3. It works perfectly after downloading except when I click new game where when it tries to load it stops and crashes to desktop.

How do I fix this?

You should give more information about your system (OS, hardware, etc.) in order to get help.
What graphics card do you have?
