Can anyone please help me get this game to work? I bought it on GOG because I thought it was supposed to work with Windows 10. I have tried some of the fixes, but nothing I do seems to get this game to work. As soon as I boot it up, it pulls up a tab and then almost immediately crashes with no messages. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I replaced the .ini files as suggested -- alas mine crashes after attempting to start a NEW Game (just as the Steam version did). Maybe when I uninstalled that it left some crap behind?
Uninstall Galaxy and Fallout 3. Go to My documents\My games and delete the Fallout 3 config folder.

Make sure directx9.0c is properly downloaded, unpacked, and installed. https://download.microsoft.com/download/8/4/A/84A35BF1-DAFE-4AE8-82AF-AD2AE20B6B14/directx_Jun2010_redist.exe

And then download and install Fallout 3 stand-alone installer. You should consider unofficial patches as it's pretty buggy still (Both on Steam and GOG). Thank Bethesda for that...
