I'm having a strange issue where a few minutes after I load my game my camera will get stuck in 3rd person after I leave a conversation or exit my inventory or something similar. Trying to switch to 1st person again causes the camera to zoom in and then immediately zoom back out. It's also causing a strange issue where I can't navigate menus using my mouse, instead forcing me to use the arrow keys. Has anyone else been running into this problem/have a solution? It's not making the game unplayable but it's incredibly annoying.

I should mention this is on Windows 10 with no mods installed.
