I don't know if I have a bug or I just having a stupid moment but I can't find the power plant in gecko I see the big hole in the ground do you use a rope to get down?
I also found the cult with the mole but there is no entrance to the power plant there either.
any help would be great

I can't remember exactly, but the entrance isn't in the place with the big hole. It's somewhere to the left or the right.

don't worry i found it I was looking in the wrong part of town ><

The place you talking about is an old and broken reactor core placed in junkyard ;/
The real working reactor on the same area where Harold is :]
Just go to the right side of the map and you will find an entrace :]
It's guarded by some ghouls so you should find it easy :]

The northern part of Geko, with "Reactor 5" on the wall. There's some ghouls guarding the outside.
