while playing fallout 2 my game minimizes itself every 5-10 minutes,and also it sometimes freezes in the middle of the game and i have tp restart my computer. does this happen to anyone else?
(im kinda new to pc gaming so i dont know all of the terminology and such)

Do you have any other applications running in the background (browsers, irc, instant messagers etc.) while playing as they may interfere with games? Also please provide more information about your system (Windows version, is windows 32 or 64 bit version, memory, graphics card etc.). Also where the game freezes (combat, dialog, cut scenes or anywhere) and don't alt+tab or ctrl+alt+del work?
