I need two mods. One to give my character a ranged weapon in the beginning of the game and one to put the Navarro Base on my list of areas. I need a ranged weapon at the beginning because all of the characters which I build and need a ranged weapon fail miserably in the Temple of Trials, so I need a mod that would add a very weak ranged weapon just to help me finish the temple. Also, I need Navarro to be saved on my list because I just hate looking for it over and over again, each and every single time. Are there any mods similar to what I've just described, if not, then is there any other way I can implement these changes into the game?

Mods might not be a solution to such specific problems, but you could use some character editor to boost a skill (or put that ranged weapon in your inventory if possible), until you get out of the temple.

Navarro is directly south of Arroyo and west of Broken Hills, on grid (18,4) of the map, starting from the upper left corner. And since it's always in the same place, it should be easy to find.

Give me a reliable save editor to use. Also, thanks for the location of Navarro, I'm just a very forgetful person, I keep forgetting where it is, now I can just refer to your post.
I don't have Fallout 2 installed at the moment, so I can't test editors. But I remember being popular. There's also [url=http://web.base10.org/content/fallout2-save-game-editor]an editor that someone in this thread was working on, so it's also an option.
