I have no mods installed, it is a fresh install. I haven't played it in years and I don't remember it doing this before.

The first problem I had was the initialising input device error, which I got around by altering the ddraw.ini with the BackgroundKeyboard=1 and BackgroundMouse=1 options. So it loads up now but keeps minimising.

Fallout 1 would also minimise by itself, but it would also stop doing it when I tell task manager to switch to it, but Fallout 2 is just not having it.
