Experiencing a game crash every time I try to leave the Hubologist stronghold after killing everyone inside. I've had the game crash and display this (or a similar) message before, but never repeated instances caused by the same event. Attached screenshot shows the error message displayed.
Anyone else have this problem or (hopefully) know of a fix?

EDIT2: Disregard altogether, found a solution through trial and error.
