So I just purchased Fallout 1 and downloaded it on my XP system. Everything went smoothly up until I went to run the game, where I recieved the error message:
Error initializing video mode 640 x 480.
I've tried going to properties and changing the display settings to 256 colors, 640 x 480 screen resolution and running in the compatablility modes of both Windows 98 and Windows 95. Nothing seems to work.
Could somebody please help me out here?
