A question for anyone still missing any Fallout games, have you checked your library with the Galaxy Client?

Mine is gone as well. Weird thins is: it's showing up on my library in the GOG Galaxy client, but not on the browser.

My Fallout has disappeared too. Fallout and Fallout 2 are the first two games I ever bought on GOG way back in 2008. I went to contact support, selected "My orders, payments and downloading games" option and where it lists your past purchases to select from, it does not show up there either.

It will be back, don't worry. Sometimes hiding and unhiding games helps, but not always. Just wait a bit, the game is not deleted or something.
