i just installed Fallout and the game wont start. Just a black screen and when i double click the screen turns green or yellow. Im using Vista. Does anybody know what might be the problem.

I don't use Vista myself, but whenever I see people having problems like this it always seems to be that they have to reinstall the game as an administrator, because otherwise Vista can fail to install all the files of the game. It might be that problem happening to you now.

Yes, I would try reinstalling as administrator. Also, install to a directory OTHER than program files (like c:\games or something) as the Program Files directory has special security. You can circumvent the security but it's usually easier to just install it somewhere else.
