Recently, I tried some mods for the first game that added content that was cut from the final game. They were the Restoration Mod which came with version 1.3.6 from Nuclear City (since I can't seem to find any other place to download the Restoration Mod) and the Update Mod. The Restoration Mod re-enables the mutant invasions and some other stuff around the wasteland, including some caravan content. The Update Mod adds more than two dozen npcs and four quests that were cut from the final game.

However, I've run into some problems.

With the Restoration Mod, whenever I visit the Followers after they've been wiped out and speak to the guy in the purple robe in charge, the dialogue options crash the game.

With the Update Mod, the game crashes whenever I enter the Water Merchants region of the Hub.

Has anyone else used either of these mods? Have you experienced the same problems that I do? Are these two mods even worth using despite these problems and crashes?
