I am using Win7 64bit, and I cannot seem to find any character editors that work on my computer. Can anyone help me out?

Either you could get around the problem by running the editor in a virtual machine (Virtual PC, VMWare etc - keep in kind you need to have your own OS for them) set up with Windows 95 or 98, or need to use Virtual PC, or a new character editor would have to be developed pretty much from scratch. :/
