I know its not supported yet but I figured id try it just to see. I wanted to start this thread to just talk about what I have working in case it helps anyone else and just discuss the experience. I have gotten it to work sort-of with build 7000 (public beta build).
Everything seems to work by changing the prefs to vista computability mode, 640x480 and 256 colors.
FMVs play nice, sound works, colors are correct.
However about every other time it locks up when launching, basicly just hangs at the loading screen. I haven't figured out what's causing that yet.
Anyone else try it yet?

Try disabling visual themes and the high DPI scaling option too..

So disabling uac has eliminated the hangs I was getting but now I can't seem to get rid of the visual artifacting.
Currently I am using these settings:
Win95 compatability
256colors
640x480
disable visual themes
disable display scaling
Also have tried vista compatability mode. xp is next I guess
