The story! The gore! The sick sense of humor! And all of those great pop-culture references! To this day this is still the RPG to which I compare all others. Dated? Aged I say! Like a fine wine! This is great storytelling combined with awesome game play. Cumbersome game mechanics should be at least somewhat expected in a game this old. Even so, it does nothing to take away from my immense enjoyment of mutant and marauder killing.
