Are their any old / new character editors for this release that works? i have beat fallout 1 and 2 and would like to go back and do some things that i was unable to do the first time through. thanks in advance

Nevermind. i found it when i looked a little harder on the forums http://www.gog.com/en/forum/Fallout_Series/fallout_1_faq/10

Fallout 1 has the option to save your character blueprint during character creation.
Those blueprints can be edited using any proper hex editor, like Hex Workshop - been there, done that.
Savegame editing can be done for Fallout 2, but requires a little more persistence.
