Simple solution to windowed mode issue that seems to have been solved with in my opinion an all too difficult workaround..
Here is the easiest way I know of!
Step 1: Right click Fallout 2 Icon (right click is two finger click on a Macbook Pro or Air)
Step 2: Select "Show Package Contents"
Step 3: Open "Wineskin"
Step 4: Select "Set Screen Options"
Step 5: Use the Options in the image I uploaded.
Step 6: Grab a beer (or soda) sit back relax, and enjoy Fallout 1, 2, or Tactics in windowed mode!
(Now you can consult your favorite guides, or browse the net, or put some music on)
