I bought the game on GOG but when I tried to download I noticed it said ".exe" for the filename I was going to download.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get it for mac os x on GOG.

From the Terms of Use:
System Requirements
Use of the Service requires a Windows XP or Windows Vista compatible computer that meets or exceeds the minimum hardware specifications shown on the Product Pages of the Service. It is the Users' responsibility to check that their PC meets or exceeds the minimum requirements to run the game(s).

I'm guessing you need some kind of virtual Windows machine or a Wine like app for the Mac to be able to play them on a Mac.
No idea how good such programs are on a Mac and if they work with gog games.
