Hi everyone. I bought the Fallout games a while back on GOG, before they were removed. Now, in my library, they have the word "Classic" in the title. And when I visit the new product pages, it doesn't show that I own them.

Are these considered different versions? What's the difference between what used to be on the site and the versions on here now?

Thanks,
John

This has been discussed over and over in this forum and elsewhere. See here. Bottom line, you already have the best version, so you don't need the 'new' one. They *are* in your library (**), as Fallout and Fallout 2 (the new ones have the 'Classic' appellation).

Thanks. But according to that thread you linked, if I install the games through GOG now, I will still get the "newer" versions installed, and not the old ones I purchased. But it will still contain the extras of the old version? It's confusing.

But I backed up the installers from before the games were removed from GOG. Should I use those installers instead?

Yes.
