As the title already says, FO4 achievements aren't unlocking on my end no matter how I play the game. I have everything vanilla, no mods installed want so ever, the GOG Galaxy overlay works in-game when I click Shift + Tab, Galaxy is even tracking my play time correctly and yet I can't for the life of me unlock a single achievement.

This is the first Bethesda game with this kind of problem for me, I played New Vegas and Skyrim on Galaxy and was able to unlock achievements on both games without any issue. What I find really odd tho is that when I check the progress tab for FO4 on Galaxy every single FO4 achievement is being displayed as a "secret achievement" (check attached image). FO4 isn't even supposed to have any secret achievement at all, so I wonder if this could be part of the issue.

Is anyone else having this same issue with not being able to unlock achievements and the weird display with every FO4 achievement being labed as a "secret achievement"? Any possible solutions? Much appreciated.

Achievement are unlocking for me. If galaxy is tracking your time I don't know why they are not unlocking.

The secret achievements will show up after you unlock them, and restart galaxy. There is a list of them for gog. I just look at it as being another Bugthesda feature.

In vault 111 there is a terminal with Red Menance play it and you should get an achievement. Also as soon as you leave the vault you get another one.

Think I finally managed to figure out what was causing the issue. Because FO4 is the only Bethesda game with native support to my local language, apparently you need to set the in-game language to be the same one as your system language to get any achievement to unlock. Neither NV nor Skyrim had support for my language so I was able to unlock achievements with both games set to english just fine, but now with FO4 this issue starts to happen. I will download the english language pack for my windows and see if setting it up to english actually allows me unlock achievements with the in-game language also set to english.
