Hey.

As the support (as they claim) are working 24/7, but no one could respond me for six days now, I think it's time to ask You, the comminuty ; /

My problem is that I have Fallout Classic Collection code to use.
But.. I already own the Fallout 1 game in my library.

Now.. the system shows information that I cannot use the code because... I own F1.

Steam has this resolved already, because I had similar situation.\

What to do now ?
Is there a way I can redeem the code or hmm remove F1 from the library and use the code to fully add the collection into my library ?

No more ideas...

Sorry no one has helped you from the Community yet Mata.
Its not a real cpmmon problem as you migth imagine.
My first instict would be to delete the FO1 out of your Library but if then your redemption code
still doesnt work it means you may have just lost that game
So I dont know what to tell you.
Please let us know if you got it recolved.

This code can be redeemed for only one game (Fallout 1), not a 'collection'. You already own the Bethesda release of Fallout 1, which is exactly the same game with the single extra (a manual) that this code would grant access to.

The code does not provide the Interplay (Classic) version of Fallout 1 (which included a fairly large amount of extras).

Hopefully, that clears up the confusion.

As you certainly possess the item being offered (and have absolutely nothing to gain from attempting to re-obtain it), the only action to take is to give the code to someone else.

In the future, you may wish to avoid including codes within screenshots (it is still unused, as of this post). Good day to you.
