Hey, I have the non-Galaxy offline installer version of FO3. If I try to delete save games, they keep reappearing, even if I delete the entire save folder in Documents.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Could it be Fallout Mod Manager doing it? If so, any idea how to make it stop?

Even if you installed the game using the offline installer, do you use Galaxy, Steam or some cloud saving service such as Microsoft OneDrive?
