Is it just me? I always either get an error page can't load, or, if I try again, I get a page that loads that says "Slow down, you have to wait XX seconds to download again" despite the fact I've downloaded NOTHING.

Does one have to be a member of NMA to download the mods? I thought I'd downloaded them before but can't find them and don't remember joining as a member before, but my memory sucks so could be wrong.

I just tried and it worked for me. I did get the queue, but slowing refreshing close to XX seconds got the download.
