All of them, well I'm fuzzy with Fallout 3. Pretty sure you can be at least be an honorary member.
Fallout 1: You can become one
Fallout 2: You work for them, and use their base
Fallout 3: Can't remember
New Vegas: You can become an honorary member or destroy them.
Fallout 4: Copy paste from New Vegas
Fallout 1: You can become one
