It's one of the first side quests I've done and I'm not sure what to pick for my reward. I can choose between 5 stimpaks, doctor's bag, leather armor, or shotgun with 100 shotgun shells.
I already have a leather jacket, 1 doctors bag, a couple stimpaks, and one pistol, hunting rifle, and a smg. I don't know which to choose. I'm thinking the shotgun but I already have so many weapons and I don't know where to store things yet. Maybe the leather armor?

Leather armor > leather jacket, so I'd go the armor.

Unless you can sell the shotgun for more than the armor costs to buy of course...

Storing things is a pain - but there are many potential places. You've probably already encountered some in where you are right now...
