This is a great game but its got really bad combat mechanics compared to its predecessor. I think thats why this game rarely gets listed as an all time great. I think the games random number generator is screwed up because a character with 51% chance to hit actually has about a 25% chance to hit (maybe even lower) or at least thats what it seems like. Not a bad game. Not as good as Fallout 1 or 3 though.
