32 bit no longer supported. Had to delete both Fallout Classic and Fallout 2, tried to reinstall but no luck with running the programs.

Any news on a fix to make them 64 bit?

Buy Apple, delist it, make yourself or your puppet the boss, change their policy back to support 32bit programs on the 64bit OS. I guess you could alternatively do the same with Bethesda, buy them and order that all 16 and 32bit games shall be recompiled in 64bits. I suspect it will not be as straightforward as it reads.

...or install Windows or Linux + Wine alongside/instead of Mac OS, unless they block that. With games like Fallout, you may have success using a VM too.

Currently for macOS Catalina, there's no immediate solution, besides maybe using Parallels or BootCamp instead. CodeWeavers is working on a version of the Wine environment that will translate the 32 bit calls to work with the Catalina 64 bit operating system:
