EDIT: I guess the advice to launch from f4se_loader.exe was outdated, it loads using the regular launcher.

I have no mods, a clean install using all v1.02 files (no upgrade). I did a clean install on Win 11 Pro with the GoG version of FO4 GOTY using the "how I got it to run in a stable way" thread's instructions. I run using the f4se_loader.exe to launch it, and what happens is I get a second or two of the splash screen before being dumped to desktop.

I was able to play for a while last night on my second attempt to launch it, but it's crashing all the time now.

If I had to guess it seems like it's crashing on the transition between the splash screen and loading the game. I don't know if skipping the splash screen would help, but if there's a way to do that I need to try it.
