I came across two quests (so far) that I don't seem to be able to complete, but not because of NPCs glitching or issues of that nature - these are more along the lines of "the key is behind the door".

The Lost Tommies - I was able to use one keycard to get into the building, but going further requires a "Security Level 01 ID". I found a couple of RefIDs via FO4Edit and tried "player.moveto" to get to them and see where they were, but as far as I could tell, both were beyond other security doors (and would need the level 2 or even 3 id to reach!)

Retrieve Edith's Trumpet from the Sewer (misc quest) - I go to the sewer entrance indicated by the quest marker, and it's barred, so I can't get in. I found the refid for the trumpet using the "sqt" console command but when I teleported to it, the nearby exit from the sewer didn't work either, and the sewer appears to have no other entrances/exits I could have used to get in.

Are these known bugs?

I haven't figured out how to reach Ediths Trumpet yet. I found other manholes but those seem to be a set of self contained sewers that don't link to where the trumpet is. Still looking for an alternate entrance.

The Lost Tommies was a tricky one. They don't give you clues how to deal with it. Look out the window wall and you can see a red dot, its an electrical panel. Shoot it. It short circuits the door so you can continue.

I previously tried looking from inside the sewer and didn't find another entrance. The "Unofficial Fixes" mod claims to include a fix for this quest, but I could not confirm it as working. I was able to use the console to unlock the sewer and complete the quest that way.

Technically, there is a clue on the terminal (something about "Door Access Notice" I think), but without the "Easier Lost Tommies Quest" mod, the clue is pretty much useless, as it does not make it clear which door it is referring to, let alone where to find the fuse box.
There is another entrance (and that´s the correct one to go through correctly) in westminster. BUT that one is also bugged and barred. As mapbugs where announced to be addressed in an upcoming update (not sure if this is actual) you either have to wait or unlock it with the console.

With the lost tommies, at the entrance when you directly stand in front of the computer you have to turn around 180° and look at the wall in the distance room. There is a box on the wall with a light, shoot it and the emergency door opening override will activate.
Bank of England Same.
Killed all bad guys , went to the Colonel, but he would not talk, he had a White box on his head , so it was right, but through dialogue, would not give me gas mask..., so could not go to next part . as Mask was required to avoid Tunnel Cough ....

It's so dark and far away, and I was lucky to have a scoped weapon to actually make out the obscured fuse box at a distance. If you don't have a scope, good luck, there is just no way to see anything, let alone realizing that you have to shoot it. And what if you are a melee character and don't have a gun to shoot it?

Hear Ye Hear Ye

Phone Booth wont open and even if you turn off tcl yto walk through the phone booth dorr ou cant press the button in the booth to continue the quest (which is part of the main story line).
Some sidequests.

Stranger in a Strange Land: I found Blackheath and picked up the holotape "Field Log - Scout's Honor" before the quest took me there. From what I can tell, you need to pick this up for the quest to spawn the necessary NPC to proceed. Dropping it and picking it up/playing it again doesn't seem to do anything.

Memories of Syd: I'm at the point where I need to talk to Gaunt, but his dialogue is stuck in the Vagabonds quest chain.

It Rises in the East: Marley's shipment never spawns, and he doesn't give it when you persuade him, so that quest objective can't be completed. The quest itself can progress without it though.
I am having similar troubles with Nadia not appearing in her trading area after I kill t he hooligans. She disappears and so does Yvette at the Vagabonds base.
There are many quirks and "bugs" that some side quests cannot be completed. If you stick to the main quest, it plays decently unless you do something out of sequence then "quirks" happen. Plus, being overly ambitious will result in some side quests being "broken" and cannot complete. It is a fantastic game; the setting and mood are really compelling, and you are immersed in a devastated London. and like a moth drawn to a flame you are locked into the game. There is no shortage amazement of where the game takes you.

No Spoilers: An example of being too ambitious is when you meet the Vagabonds and there is a side quest with Syd, there is also a quest to help Monique, if you help Monique the side quest with Syd cannot be completed. However, if you complete the side quest with Syd first you can go on to help Yvette. Another quirk is if you start a settlement, you cannot complete the side quest with Jack. The there is helping Prince Pete, once he is clean the next quest to stop the Miiler Men freezes and cannot proceed.

These are game breakers for the side quests and hopefully are "easy fixes".

I cannot say enough what an incredible job the folks at Team Follon have done. Cheers!

You must complete the Syd quest before you go to Millwell.

Nadia will sometime be hiding behind her home or on the other side of the large hedge. It depends.

Yes I found her! Can you mod the GOG version of the game? I want to enable console commands and should also be able to with this Survival Console mod from Nexus. It comes on the titles screen but when it loads to the game I am unable to access the console command.

You can mod the GOG version of FOLON, since that is the only current version:) I'm doing it myself, so if the survival console enabler isn't working I'd try a different one, there seem to be a few.

Does anyone know the id item code for the basement key that you steal from Harrin's safe after you kill him at the Dog Chow Factory?
