Excellent. Probably a false positive, but it's not helping.

Yes I had to disable norton for 15 mins just to download and install the downgrader But luckily with Win defender you have the option to run the program if you know the sorce

false positive for sure, as always with mods.
exclude all yor game directories from scan.
problem solved forever.
