I uninstalled a few mods to the base FO4 game attempting to fix the crashing issue I am having and this pop up appears whenever I try to load a save. It also loads my last save file in FO4 if I choose to continue loading after the message pops up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Fallout London and the issue persists. I did reinstall the mods and that didn't make any difference. Do I need to completely reinstall both FO4 and London to fix this issue? If I backup my save files will this issue still be present? I am new to modding and am not sure what to do.

This happened to me when I tried to install the Buffout mod on YouTube. I am having the same issue. I already play the same and have saved files, and I don't want to restart.

If you are using Vortex mod Organiser, look in the PLUG-IN folder.
You will find them there and probably unticked.

Hope this helps.
