LordNighthawk: I don´t have the names but there are books that have names in the wing you are into - spread over the whole area. Just collect all of them. They have titles and are not just unburned books.
At the location where you can move to up to the second level of that room (crushed floor you go up) is a simply paper box on a shelf to your right - the dove book is under it.

Labargoth: Not sure if the quest is bugged or the required books are not in the library at all, but somewhere else.
But doing the quest Catching Up it sends you to the Churchill Library. Specifically the quest objective marker points you to the right wing of the library.

Upon entering the right wing, the objective marker disappears. Now I don't have an issue with actively having to look for the book(s) myself. But the ones required for the quest are simply not there. I searched through all the bookshelves and picked up every single book that isn't a burned book. Both in the right wing, as well as the entrance area. There is no book left, yet somehow I don't have the books required for the quest.

Both objectives "Search for the books for Sabretooth Syd" and the optional "Find Dove's Dilemma" are not checked.

Has anyone successfully completed the quest and can tell me where exactly the required books are?
