I know that Fallout 4 has physics that are attached to it's frame rate, so I made sure to set my monitor to 60 hz before I booted up London. The thing is though is whenever I do launch it, even though the refresh rate is set to 60, It still plays like the cap is 144 so everything is faster now? If anyone knows why this is, or how to hard cap the fps to 60, please let me know. I'm using an AMD driver if that helps :)

I'm on AMD also. I set my moniter to 59.9 and also set Chill to 60 fps. Everything is still super fast.I have to unplug my controller and use KB/M to pick locks.

I think what we're missing is the preliminary launch options screen like in the original game. Not so sure. Hopefully someone has a solution.

I don't know how you would do it with AMD, but with NVIDIA what I did was go into NVIDIA Control Panel, and set specific options for "Fallout4.exe" that Turned on V-Sync and Capped its FPS at 60.
