Is there a level cap, if so what? That tends to change my priority on how I pick perks so it's nice to know ahead of time.

Far as I can tell it just follows FO4's infinite levelling (though I'm at 29 now so will tell you if it caps at 30).

Turns out I was actually L31 so I'd guess yer good to go.
