Kiera I did desmiss her and later I went to Camden Market to recruit her but ther is no recruit dialog/text showing ??

I had similar similar experience with other followers as well (I think except the small doggo)

Did you solve the peoblem or? Found any way to make it work again?

xx is the placeholder for the fallout london mod as each mod/dlc gets a seperate number - it was not supposed you type this. Normally fallout london stuff gets 07 as the first 2 digits, might be different for you.

You could type help kiera to get the first 2 digits.

I did putin prid 0729ED18 and then moveto player, she turns up but still I cant recrut her again? I can only speak to her.

Correct. For me, it is actually "0A" rather than "07" because I have other mods installed, as well.

Istil cant recruit her?

That´s hard to say as her script might be stuck. I hope you have some savegames before this.
You could try to use the

recycleactor

command on her. If that does not help i can only suggest to contact the folon-team on discord as i have no idea if her script is restartable at some point.

One of those broken/incomplete things in the game. The general dialogue with her also seems like it's missing a few things.

Also, they don't really give you many reasons to recruit her, do they? I mean, Ok, she broke into that vault, hung around for a few days with some 200 year old mute ghouls, and acts like a complete arsehole. What was the reason to recruit her again, dear game designers? :P
