I try to do Lost & Won: Go to Cawdor street with the Rondels, but no one moves from basement where i saved Prince from Drogs. All just stand there and when i talk to the prince, i can only choze Goodbye and Goodbye. Any one els have same problems and know a fix???

Maybe your quest sequence is stuck. I had a similar issue before which I was able to fix with the console:

Open console
type sqt to see your active quests
type sqs <name of your current quest>
You should see a list with the different stages of your quest. If there's a sequence missing eg: 101, 102, not set, 104
try the following command
setstage <nameofquest> 103

I ran into the same issue with the Prince and trying to follow the Roundels - I was able to repeatedly bump into him to get him out of the basement, but that wasn't enough to get the quest moving. I will try the console commands that Martindfew4t34 listed when I get a chance.

Edit: the quest id here seems to be FOLON_FQRoundels104, with stage 5 not set, while stage 7 is done. Setting stage 5 gives me a second "Go to Cawdor Street with the Roundels" objective, and setting stage 10 (the next one listed) gives me a "Speak to Dennis" objective, but does not show the others as completed in the journal. With stage 5, 7, and 10 all "done" I can apparently advance the quest and get some new objectives in the journal.

Edit 2: the advice about filling in missing sequences isn't always correct - sometimes that's deliberate for alternate paths to complete a quest. In my case, it worked much better to set stage 12 (looking in FO4Edit, stages 5 and 10 referred to Dennis leading instead of Pete, which presumably would only be applicable if I had failed at Pete's rehab, decided against doing the rehab, or otherwise ended the previous quest with the prince no longer able to lead)

I just had this too. Not going through the long process of fixing this quest with console commands. Game over for me. Shame.

FOLON ... You guys need to fix this. When you HAVE TO JUMP THRU HOOPS just to update the game, and have to go into the console to fix a command this is not acceptable. Fix it please.
