Am I missing something? The door to London is [CHAINED], and exiting to London Bridge station appears to be a dead end as there's no way past the ticket barriers and no other way I can see to exit that area other than back to the Shard. Before I spend lots more time scouring the map, I can't help thinking some sort of trigger might've failed to pop?

there's some waist-high black stand next to some doorway near the ticket barriers, on top of that stand are tickets you can use on the barriers.

What Malix82 said. Once past the barriers head up the escalator/stairs on the far left.

Thanks, I missed the active card reader separate to the [INACCESSIBLE] of the barriers themselves! I'd already picked up some tickets, just didn't spot the reader.
