Like the title says, I freeze in place after exiting any terminal. I can look 180 left to right and around, and I can jump straight up and down, but nothing else, no other movement. I also can't re-enter the terminals. So I have to not access the terminals to play. I used ` and turned TCL off to progress to the shard and then again to the train, but I really don't want to have to keep doing that. Any known fix?

Setting it to Windowed / Borderless worked for me.

Run FO4 (not London), and pick options, don't start the game. Set the options and exit.

I'm experienceing the same issue. Have you tried the tip below?? Did it work?
