1.But it is early access, offered than by a head banner on GOG as both a mod and a "game" in the description. Just buy and download Fallout 4 GOTY and you are good to go playing/installing Fallout London.

2.They give you a early version of the game, promising than to fix and or update the game overtime, they than charge directly by you buying base Fallout GOTY and they ask for donations to help continue efforts. You are lying to yourself if you think it is not early access.

4.Yeah you can google it and it promises a big mod conversion of Fallout 4 into Fallout London. Both on GOG and Fallout London website. Nothing tells the condition of the project/what stage they are at in development. They later now have put they are fixing bugs which is a step in the right direction.

5.With all that I ATLEAST expected to be able to play a stable enough game for a hour or less. However it would crash every 10 minutes without any other mods to influence it. I then had to look up fixes for stability for like 1-2 hours downloading third party mods like Buffout and High FPS fix which made the game playable for atleast over a hour before it would crash again. The mods are not even recommended on the GOG store page or the official site. You know like every mod sites list the requirements in order to play/install the said mod you downloaded.

6.Yes, the "total conversion mod....of a GAME" You know how like Fallout New Vegas is actually a total conversion mod of Fallout 3 which are both games? So do you think when people bought Fallout New Vegas they should have not expected to play the game the day it was released because it is a mod? You seem to not know that mods are configurations/alterations of games. You can't have a mod without THE GAME. Which the words "game" and "mod "are in the store page as part the description.

7. You are literally angry at the fact that all I am literally asking for is early access tag which has less words than a standard English sentence. I don't blame the devs and have said that point blank at the beginning especially since this is probably their first big project ever. However if you are asking for people to buy Fallout GOTY to play the game and then asking for donations to continue their work which I am looking forward to, they can atleast add the tag.

It's advertised as a total conversion MOD. It's also a brand new release which always means it will need a ton of fixes. Name an overhaul mod, or game which didn't need patching after first release. I'll wait.

The comparison to Fallout New Vegas is silly. Fallout New Vegas doesn't require you to buy Fallout 3 as well. It's stand alone game which happens to use the same engine but highly modified. It isn't a conversion mod you add to your Fallout 3.

If you want to play an overhaul mod, you need the base game. Same as has always been the case in gaming. You trying to infer they trick people into buying the base game (as if they get any of that money) is dishonest. The donations are optional and the only form of money the devs of the MOD will receive. You do not have to pay a cent for the mod download.

If OP's intention was simply to request an early release tag put on the mod, then that would've been the focus. It wasn't. Instead they toss around false advertising which isn't a term you throw around ligihtly.

There is no 'fraud' or false advertisment. You not reading, or failing to understand what is written is on you, not the Devs or on GoG.

1. Why do people like you play video games if you don't even want to have fun in the first place? It is a mod conversion of a "GAME". While it does say mod conversion in description it also says "GAME". It comes day one with almost constant crashes if you don't manually fix it with other mods that neither the GOG page or website tell you to download. Fallout New Vegas didn't need any updates day one for me when it came out. It also didn't require me to download other mods to "stabilize" it. The worst day one "bug" I saw was the giant ants doing handstands walking towards me.

2. Lowl? When you buy Fallout New Vegas you essentially downloaded a majority of Fallout 3 assets converted into a new game. So yeah you did basically buy Fallout 3 cowboy orange edition. That is how they basically made New Vegas in 1.5 years because a majority of the asset grunt work was already done. It would be hard to walk a couple steps out of Doc Mitch's house at the beginning and keep going without seeing Fallout 3 assets. Fallout 76 could even be considered a mod conversion with how much it took from Fallout 4 in assets.

3. You seem to have not read by original post at all. There was no implication, I specifically told what the problem was. I said it was basically a oversight by GOG to advertise something front GOG page, say all you have to do is download the both Fallout London and GOTY 4 then you are good to play, lastly give no indication day one in description there is no major problems. I didn't expect everything to be squeeky clean, I just expected the "GAME" to be "STABLE" enough to play for like a hour or two before crashing until they fix everything over time. Even with great hardware my game constantly crashed every few minutes before I downloaded anything to fix it.

4. I never said they tricked people into buying base game lowl. Commenters came to me saying it is completely free which it is not. I suggested a early access tag in the description because you basically pay for it by buying base GOTY game and they ask for donations on their website like a early access game. I also assume they then are promising future content and bug fixes. Which all in all is basically a early access game which is fine.

5. Through almost every response I have given, all I have said is just put something in the description in the form of a few words like "early access" or "this game has alot of bugs we are working on it. Also I said this isn't mod team's fault and I believe it is a oversight by GOG which they easily fix but if they don't it is morally dubious. How are any of things in anyway claiming a scam/fraud? False advertisement just means a lack of information or no information given at all regarding something disregarding intent.

6. Lastly it is a game. A mod conversion of a base "GAME". A video game is a product, asking politely for a tag in the game description is not heresy especially on a "GAME SELLING APP/WEBSITE". This isn't just a minor problem too talking about with crashes. Nearly a majority of post on these forums for Steam, GOG, Reddit, etc are talking about crashes/ game performance and how to fix them. This isn't walking into a hidden dug in bamboo trap pitfall but it is trying to walk every few feet without stepping into a muddy puddle/turd. I was asking for a simple indicator for people so they wouldn't fall feet first into the same problems I am having trying to fix/play this game without a little warning.
